Every bracelet is 18 links, which may be a little big for small wrists to start with, but it will grow with them. Take a few links out for a snug fit today and click them back in over time. Your bracelet grows link by link, so starting with a handful of charms and adding more as their story unfolds is just as common.

Yes, that’s the whole idea. Head to Shop and choose “Add to My Story” to browse charms for an existing bracelet without paying for the base again.

Wear it anyway. Some charms only come in gold, some only in stainless steel, and mixing the two looks lovely. Plenty of our customers do it on purpose. It’s your story, so put the charms you love on the bracelet and don’t worry about matching.

High-quality stainless steel with a rich gold plated finish. It’s certified nickel-free, cadmium-free and lead-free, so it’s kind to sensitive skin and won’t leave a green mark.

No. The base metal is stainless steel, so it won’t react with skin oils or leave a green mark behind. Perfume and sunscreen are best put on before the bracelet goes on.

The steel base won’t rust, so showers, rain and sport are all fine. As with any plated jewellery, the finish will wear more gently if it’s kept away from long soaks.

Swimming is fine too, however chlorine and sea salt will dull the shine over time so we suggest removing before swimming. If you forget to take it off, don’t stress, just rinse the bracelet under fresh water afterwards and dry it with a soft cloth.

Charms with painted enamel, rhinestones or set crystals want a little more care. Long soaks, strong soaps and perfume can weaken the glue or soften the colour, so slip the bracelet off before a bath or a swim and those ones stay as bright as the day they arrived.

The gold-plate base bracelet is £5 more than stainless steel. Charms are priced the same in both finishes, so you can mix and match freely as your collection grows.

Orders ship within 2 business days. A single charm on its own ships for £4.95; shipping is free on charm-only orders of 2 or more charms, and on every bracelet order. Add 3 or more charms and 10% comes off the charms automatically at checkout.
